A Few Words About Us
Fiducia is the finance and performance partner for operators who live and breathe litres, labour percentages, and cash in the bank—not spreadsheets for their own sake. Built by people who have actually run forecourts and QSR sites, Fiducia sits inside the detail of your business every day so you can stay focused on growth.
Who we work with
Fiducia supports over 200 UK forecourt sites and 150 McDonald’s and other QSR restaurants, working with many of the country’s leading indie retailers and large franchise groups. Typical clients are multi-site operators who want tight financial
governance, live visibility of margin, and a team that understands both the P&L and the shop floor.
What we actually do
Fiducia acts as your outsourced finance engine room: bookkeeping, management accounts, cash and bank control, payroll, reconciliations, and board-ready reporting built for operators, not theorists. Behind the scenes, data from EPOS, wet stock,
acquirers, banks and delivery platforms is standardised into live dashboards and KPIs that highlight risk, leakage, and opportunity by site, shift, and product.
How we protect margin
Most profit is lost in quiet, repeatable ways: fuel reconciliation gaps, poorly controlled refunds and voids, sloppy invoice matching, or labour drift that nobody spots until month-end. Fiducia’s daily controls, exception reporting and fuel margin analytics are designed to surface those leaks early—linking contract terms, wet stock, POS data and banked cash so true margin is visible in real time.
Abhishek’s operating lens
Fiducia is led by Abhishek Sachdeva, who has run Shell forecourt clusters and now oversees the financial operations of hundreds of forecourts and QSR restaurants across the UK.
That operator-first mindset means conversations stay grounded in reality: forecasted litres, fuel deals, crew deployment, food cost, and whether the sites are genuinely generating the cash the headline numbers suggest.
Growth, governance and control
For growth-focused groups, Fiducia provides the financial backbone and controls needed to scale, raise finance and partner with major brands without losing grip on day-to-day performance.
For established operators, Fiducia acts as the independent challenge function—tightening reconciliation, sharpening reporting, and ensuring that as complexity increases, control and profit do not erode.
